I purchased a mobile phone from bestbuy. The maker is motorola. After 3 months of possessing the telephone the audio ceased functioning. I tried returning the telephone to bestbuy. The provider is increase cellular plus they do not do trades and since the provider is increase bestbuy could not trade the telephone. Therefore the bestbuy affiliate named motorola. Motorola stated that I'd need to spend to deliver the telephone for them so that they might try to do the repair. Therefore within the mean-time I'd be with no mobile phone.
