The v180 phone i a piece of sh*t the battery will not hold a charge. It has been replaced several times untill cingular told me that they could do anything to fix the problem. I have replaced the battery 3 times and still wont hold a charge it has to be charged 3 times a day or more. Stay away from this model. I have also sent it in to motorola and they sent it back saying there is nothing wrong with it and it is working correctly. I think motorola should not have replease this phone because it has been the worst piece of sh*t that I have ever bought by motorola
