Verizon Wireless service has been degrading over the past couple of months in the West Highland Drive area of Guildrland NY. The dropped/missed call rate has risen to at 25% or so and call quality on connected calls suffer from audio drop-outs. Data services, like Web access are just about useless now and a Pix message rarely transmits and those that do take 15 minutes to send. I've sent this same complaint to Verizon Wireless via their web page last week, but no feedback has been received.
