Doesn't Want to Honor Rebate Agreement

He returns on and informs me that his supervisor (Steve) has okay'd to possess my statement acknowledged using the $200. I needed to ensure this really is correct to I believed to (Matt), therefore my first 8 weeks I'll not be bill proper? (Matt) says yes that's appropriate. (Matt) informs provides me his supervisoris (Steve) quantity and informs me to contact (Steve) if my credit doesn't display up on my statement but guarantees me the credit might appear. I get my first bill. NO CREDIT! I contact (Johnis) quantity and obtain a lady's voicemail. I am thinking oh excellent below we proceed but I quit a note anyway. And so I described the issue again towards the last person I had been used in (Shelly). You'd believe they'd curently have this individualis number! Therefore again she sets me on-hold, returns but still can't-get ahold of anybody... Approximately she claims! She informs me that she quit (Steve) a note to call me which he'd be calling me from the end-of the day... No returned telephone call... The following day... No returned telephone call. Today I am pissed! I'm likely to contact them again of course if no benefits I am heading right to the BBB and out regional information client advocate. I contact (Johnis) quantity and also the same lady about the voicemail solutions this time around. She informs me this isn't (Steveis) quantity and he or she doesn't have idea who (John) is!!! % #$@& (* ($^*!!! I informed her well (Matt) the repetition that established me-up this consideration explained to contact (Steve) only at that quantity and went along the entire freaking tale again! She claims nicely there'snot a (Steve) here-but there's a Juan. Exactly what the F* is incorrect with one of these individuals! Therefore she informs me that she'll have (Matt) contact me back. I informed her he better and he better contact by today or I am getting issues into my own personal hands. To date it has been one hour with no return phone. I am not likely to stay and hold out and enjoy activities with one of these individuals. After I am completed writing my protest below I'm heading right to the BBB. Mess att uverse!!!
