Direct TV sucks

I needed to inform you that Primary TV customer support and general setup process totally sucks. I setup a scheduled appointment having a time period from 8-12, therefore damn. Neverthelesss the specialist named at around 8:30am stated that he'll be therein 30 minutes, on the other hand named at 12pm declaring that he'll be therein 40 minutes. After calling numerous occasions to Direct TV, he turned up nearly at 6pm. Damn fool didn't actually talk English nicely... I’m a naturalized person myself and genuinely believe that everybody must talk English. Itis so really simple within the first place. Anyways...

He walked onto my porch and instantly stated that I can't get support below and he'd cost me $75 for tripod. I stated okay simply obtain the darn thing going...

Then after 20 minute he explained they tripods are stopped... He didn't note the tripods ARE JUST for normal meals, not Electronic...

He I'd like to talk to his boss who likewise couldn't note the reality concerning the tripods... After losing my period the man stated nicely when they allow you to obtain the tripod then I Will place it... Then he quit and stated he'll return. I named Direct TV then after 20 minute the ultimately told me the tripod point...

Dumb fool waster my whole evening... They ought to not sub-contract when they don't understand how...

I requested MEAL, specialist arrived, PROMPTLY, completed anything in 20 minute... Ideal signal. Awesome channels. Billing is awesome. What a distinction!!!
