Authorized service for someone who cant speak english

I own a house. I'd a japanese lady, Ki, sticking with me to get a brief period of time who might hardly speak English. Well, Ki determined she desired Television and requested Direct TV. Somehow, she closed a deal so when I get house I've a satellite dish and Direct TV company.

I visit stop the support... Nicely Direct TV waited 10 times to stop after which they cost Ki (who's an American Resident but hardly ready to talk English) A - 400 termination charge.

And So I call... They tell me Ki has agreement to obtain Immediate Tv at my house. And although Ki can't speak Language and doesn't possess OUR house or is on OUR mortgage, that she closed a good agreement.

Therefore Direct TV mounted a meal illegally at OUR HOME, registered support having a lady who CAN'T talk BRITISH and today won't return the termination charge.

Approach to take Direct TV. I'm looking to get this about the regional information. Ideally, I'll achieve success.
