My spouse requested Direct TV, The Specialist arrived, hours late obviously, and mounted the merchandise. The meal was mounted right before upstairs tennantis screen. Specialist stated it had been the only real location where he could easily get a sign. We named Direct TV to truly have the dish moved, 16 units before you talk to a live individual, we mentioned our scenario and organized to possess somebody emerge and move the meal. It got 9 nights for that to occur (again Strong TV contractors did not appear at arranged days and situations). The "region" boss eventually arrived. Stated he could not obtain a lineofsight sign, and did not possess a hierarchy to achieve the top. Therefore we terminated and had Strong TV uninstalled. I am totally disappointed using the degree of support, the contractors were polite but possibly imcompetent or sluggish, and client service is missing! Anybody who'd ask me I Would speak them out-of dealling with Strong TV!
