Attuverse customer service - AT&T U-verse internet and TV

First it took them two days to convert my service from Comcast to ATTuverse. Since that time I have had no less than 10 visits to my home to fix the problems which range from picture freezing to inoperable equipment. Then to boot I am required to have a receiver for each TV in my home in order to receive the single whereas with comcast I just had the basic services on all but two. Your customer service sucks and your sales people basically lied about the services and I am really disappointed with the the movies that you offer, they are just pathetic. Can the service until you can get it right or give those of us who are still struggling with your service a decent discount until you can fix it.increase the bandwith so that we can receive the best signal and when someone has ordered your most expensive package don't charge them for the extra receiver boxes. I plan to down grade my service because it is not worth the money I'm paying and will likely go back to Comcast if it doesn't get better.
