I called Verizon wireless on September 14th to change my billing address as well upgrade my service. On Nov 14th I received a bill that showed the change of address but not the increase in minutes, therefore they were charging me overage. I called and had to write a letter explaining the situation.
TIme and time again, I was told "Sir but the upgrade is not noted". Well that was the fault of the CR rep. They had no problem changing the address but not the plan. Now I have a bill exceeding $1000.00 and still awaiting to get things resolved with these people. Not to mention when you call you are routed to 3 different departments and have to tell your story over and over. They are very unprofessional and very unfriendly when dealing with a dispute. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, as they are sneaky.
