Don't take direct tvis support! I had been lied to from the customer support representative that I'd not be secured in to a deal. The contractors visited the incorrect handle twice before ultimately coming to the right handle about the 3rd test. Your statement arrived in and was bigger than that which was cited about the telephone. After I attempted to pay for the statement and stop the support I had been informed that I'd need to spend over $400 to stop the agreement. WHAT AGREEMENT? Customer support mentioned they delivered the agreement to my handle. Well, it was NEVERTHELESS the incorrect handle and we NEVER RECEIVED IT! They they mentioned that I verbally approved a deal, but might offer no evidence. When I eventually achieved a these were excessively rude and held declaring the specialist supplied me a contact. Well, he did not with no one at DirectTV can offer evidence that I approved any agreement. Next they stated that I approved the agreement by initiating the DVR package. Really? I didnot create that phone, the specialist did. Just how can it's authorized to secure me right into a deal without any mental agreement with no written contract?! These comapy is liars and thieves!!
