Deceptive advertising. Not told about "rebate" when I called in No bills so far. The cable was installed 5/27. I was told I went on the internet to order. Would not listen to me when I said, I did not know about the "rebate plan. However, every person I talked to told me I got it from the promotional offer coupon.

The only comments I would pass on is the horrible experience I have had with Direct TV. Apparently the people that answer phones are taught to say things like "You were told, you read the coupon offer, and comments that they could not help me, and of course, they don't have supervisors.

Example: I called again about what this company has done to me. "How are you today? What is your name, address, etc. Also asked him why I have received no bills since I have asked 5 time since 5/27/09 He asked an address question "oh my, that is not the address I have." Curious that all the reps verified my address. Also, how could my cable tv be installed if they did not have my address. I believe that they read over a script, that is intended to agitate the customer, with their inane remarks. It appears that they want to drive the customer over the edge and just take money from them.
