Cancellation fee after installing wrong pkg

I purchased the fundamental pkg. Throughmy telephone firm's "packages"... After I got the statement, DirecTV was charging me for providers used to donot purchase, at 2 1/2 instances the price. I named... First support representative stated she'd set the problem; later that eveinng, contacting about overbilling, 2nd support representative stated HE set the problem, therefore the first repetition hadnot... But I had been also confronted having a late charge easily didn't spend the brand new statement, sight unseen, from the deadline about the first one, that was 2 nights absent. Having not gotten what I requested, I stopped the DirecTV support. The following statement I acquired confirmed I'd nevertheless have now been charged for that more costly support! Since March, I've been arguing the $440 termination charge. They claim used to donot provide them with enough possibilities to resolve the issue. I declare DirecTV smashed the agreement once they did not provide what I purchased 3 times. Bad company, steer clear!
