Nowadays, 4/16/09, I named DirecTV to confirm obtaining my statement decreased. The first repetition I talked to educated me that I'd been twice charged for that previous 9 weeks. She stated she'd understand this issue looked after. After she talked to her supervisor she returned onto inform me-she could not realize why but her boss, Ms. Jaimel Parson, directed her to just provide me back $100 when I must have looked over my statement faster. I subsequently requested to keep in touch with Ms. Jaimel Parson. Again Ms. Jaimel Parson directed the hand at me for not examining my statement. I've been using digital payment and car pay. I set my rely upon DirecTV to become truthfull in payment and also to just consider from my bank the amount I owe them. When I informed her, if it was the situation they are able to over-charge almost all their clients after which only reimbursement a portion of the things they required. It doesn't appear right and that I might recommend all DirecTV clients to check on their statement as DirecTV has confirmed they'll over-charge after which just hand back the things they need. While my agreement has ended they are able to consider their support and shove-it!!!
