I registered for DirecTV in January. Had an unexpected corporate move that required me to a different condition. Named DirecTV and settled the $50 to move and deploy the support at my new home. The technology came and after evaluating the home for around half an hour, I had been informed there's "no-line-of view" and also the meal couldn't be installed.
Named DirecTV and requested them what my choices were. They stated I really could stop the support, but could be billed an earlier termination charge of $440. The repetition stated she'd publish this charge towards the payment question division on my account.
Per month later, I've a statement for $440. I again named DirecTV and was informed from the inexperienced repetition that it had been a "legitimate cost". I had been again informed by a much more inexperienced boss that it had been a "legitimate cost". I requested this boss how they might perhaps cost me for disconnecting something THEY MIGHT NOT DEPLOY. Obviously, they didn't have a solution and called me towards the payment question division - exactly the same division that considered the shortcoming of supplying support not really a resaon to stop. I suppose they expect me to keep spending the regular charge, despite the fact that they cannot offer support.
I find this absolutely amazing. Today I've to publish still another challenge.
Is it just me or are they crazy?
