I've requested the entire tv-series of Regulation & Purchase on DVD and also have never rec'd my purchase. I've sent twice plus they have now been delivered as undeliverable as resolved. Our bank account continues to be billed over $164.00 and clearly it has occurred to others. A regulation collection must be caused out of this organization.
