I requested Ed The Entire Television Series On DVD for my fund like a Holiday present more than 6 months before but still haven't gotten my purchase. Our checkings account continues to be billed $117.72 but I still don't have any item. I've attempted e mailing the organization numerous occasions. It says on the site that they can respond within 34-48 hours and after many efforts I've not gotten just one reaction.
I also tried speaking with somebody through their live-chat function but I will never get linked.
