Direct Tv's salespeople will say anything on the phone just to set up a service installation order. They will be misleading and lie about everything from costs to package details. The technicians that they have install the equipment are inexperienced and have no concience about the damage they will do to your property. Customer service is not even in Direct TV's abilities. They have robots answer questions or tell you a supervisor will be with you in about 10 hours, please hold. They will try and take unautherized charges out of your account if you have given them any kind of credit or debit card information so watch out! They even actually have a damage claims support in Oregon to deal with Direct TV's mess-ups and they are sooooooooo busy that it takes them weeks to get to you, unless you can get the claim expedited and then you only have to wait 2-3 weeks just for an offer letter. I warn any person thinking of getting direct tv, you will be sorry!!!
