My name is shirly gordon i am a customer of att with bundle serivce with them since january i never authorized this company to enterveen and change my long distance. I am very angry i never never never spoke to anyone to do this i was only paying about 70 dollars a month for my service which is pretty good to me. I dont know what channel i will have to go thru to resolve this but i tried before with att and they have a claim in, but for some reason dut to my automatic payment, over 500 dollars came in and overdraw my account i dont know what game is going on but i am reporting this to thi bbb and commision of affair. This is wrong and your company shoud not do this to hard working people who is trying to survive this economy. I want all my money sent back to me asap. I would hate to do a class action suit against this company. I want someone to call me as soon as possible to resolve, i am very angry and dissapionted with att for their part in this. I will be contacting you tomorrow august 12 (this is consider to be fraud, i might have overlook my bill but i still caught it in time shame on you folks
