I ordered a specific advertised package. They installed a different package, and then refused to correct their mistake, saying that it was what i ordered. However for an additional $199 they would 'upgrade' me. I talked to seven different directv representatives, and all were borderline rude. When i asked them to come get their stuff (which i'd only had for 72 hours) they said it would be a $500 charge for early cancellation.
