Poor customer service & over-billing

Although connecting-up a brand new dvd-player we were not able to gain access to our DirectTV service. Calling custome service-we were knowledgeable we require a fresh entry card and could be without support for 3-5 business days AND billed $20 maintenance charge. We were likewise advised that people were stayed charged to get a faulty recipient since Sept. 2007 (automatic cost for 16 weeks at $5 monthly). 47 units about the telephone with customer care boss "Rich" in Al: he declined to credit our consideration the over charge, stated it had been not DirectTVis plan to check on/correct mistakes to the balances... We're to do this and inform them within 60-days... And didn't finish the discussion having a good bye... He simply disconnected the point. Understanding the point was still-active we waited before repetition. Got about the point subsequently got Richis identification #! I have created to DirectTV.
