I purchased the satellite program. Subsequently BEFORE installment I named and terminated the purchase. I named them twice just before Aug. 5,08 to stop. On Aug 5,08 the service-man found deploy, satelitte, HD, DVR etc. I'd terminated and told him that. Direct TV charged my charge card $106.18 to get a DVR that used to do not receive which I'd terminated thru there horrible telephone system. I'd like them to credit my charge card the $106.18.
