Tech Support is being dissolved

Tech support (level 3) has been reduced to ten minutes per call for a customer with high speed internet and wireless home networking problems. Also the agents are now going to be trying to sell more product to the customer on top of the reduced amount of help they are providing for broken, faulty, and misbehaving product. Tech support is being reduced to a glorified version of customer support. This is not hearsay.
