Our title is Ophelia Grey, and that I have now been a person with Strong TV since August. I'm calling you since I've been not able to resolve a promotional problem through regular stations in the past month 5 and that I am prepared to push this problem further.

On April 13, I obtained a telephone call from the Primary TV consultant by having an offer to update to DVR on the two (2) year agreement and obtain twenty four (24) payperview deals. They organization a couple of days later to setup installment, that was completed on April 18.

On April 30, I approached customer support concerning the deals and was informed they'd be shipped that evening.

On June 3 named again since I'd not obtained the deals and was handed 1-888-531-1333 that they moved me towards the web division. The phone call failed many times. I attempted customer support again and was informed to complete the payoff type on line, since the program confirmed I ought to get the deals six (6) months from April 20.

On June 15 named again and talked with Eileen at 6:25pm EST who moved me towards the promotional division. Phone failed. Upon taking this update, I decided to a two (2) year agreement and also the deals. Today I'm locked in to a deal that seems to have been provided under false pretenses. This marketing was legitimate since I've three (3) co workers who approved exactly the same marketing and had their gear mounted within days of mines and also have not obtained their payperview deals both.

I've been happy with my providers from your own organization until this time. But this on going issue is completely inappropriate. Theoretically alone, I'm angered incidentally I've been handled.

I do want to be approached by somebody who can assist me, somebody who can in fact correct this case.in my own brain fixing this problem indicates (1) standing behind your promotional marketing (2) deliver the 24 deals as decided (2) a written clarification of precisely why this happened and what measures you'll be getting to make sure my potential fulfillment.
