I stopped my DirecTV support on July 28. I delivered my gear and obtained your final statement on 8/4. Nowadays (09/14) I obtained a notice for $43.96. After I looked up what these costs were for, they seemed to be for payperview films billed on 9/4/09. Since I have didn't possess the gear there is no means I really could have viewed these films. After I named to question the costs, I had been informed these were charges for payperview films from June. I did so purchase some payperview films immediately after I began the your support, but they certainly were taken care of in July. Today you're attempting to cost me for them again. Because my consideration isn't energetic I can not pull-up the cost and payment background to examine these costs.

The 3 calls I created went without solution, also it wasn't a surpise that I had been hanged on when requested to talk to a boss NOT ONCE BUT TWICE.

After I did consult with a boss and mentioned the cost wouldn't be produced until I obtained all document claims / payment from June.
