Customer Service/Billing Problem

My partner and that I were Directv clients in 2007 and definitely loved the support. We'd a-2 year agreement and were design clients spending our statement promptly as well as spending additional sometimes. The bill number with this consideration was 29691044. We were annually 5 into our agreement when our dvr simply suddenly stop functioning. We named Directv and were informed it'dnot be considered a difficulty they would deliver one-out the moment possible. They delivered out the dvr but didn't note the truth that upon shipping that out that people were starting a brand new 2-year agreement. I closed nothing, I had been advised nothing, and that I understood nothing about this till we ended at the conclusion of the initial 2-year agreement since the statement went on us. He was handled exactly the same way-even after seeking and talking to a boss! Therefore we now have gear that's mounted plus they wont strike the on-button. We've named daily since that time attempting to determine how to proceed next. But keep obtaining the same solution spend the statement, which we equally decline because the mistake was not mine within the first place. Therefore today fast-forward to recently where we get a Fedex tag to remove all this gear and ship it back again to wherever it originated from. We're acutely discouraged and embarrassed with exactly how we have now been handled that I'dnot suggest Directv to anyone who I understand.
