Quoted Bill Amount Did Not Match Later Bills

The lady at comcast 's front desk told me I will paid

$ 33.00 for high speed internet
$ 33.00 for cable tv
$ 33.00 for digital voice telephone
tax

My last bill on 7/28/07 was $180.63.
For the past 6 months I never paid the same amount on my bill.
What can I do
