Don't purchase from TVADDICTS!!! I recently requested it line "Another Planet" from tvaddicts.com. Upon first time viewing of the dvds, the press missed, stopped, and froze many times currently the view-ability. The disks will also be absent attacks, that we later discovered. Thus... Like every good person, I sent TVAddicts and reported and required a complete refund. Within their response, they admitted to deliver me a brand new group of disks. The e-mail is below:
"Dear Renee,
We apologize if we ruined your satisfaction viewing your preferred exhibits by getting a faulty discs. We may deliver you a fresh copies as an alternative of the faulty DVDis established you obtained at our cost. Sorry for that inconvenience. Thanks for the tolerance.

Sooo... You know what happened, I never obtained the brand new/alternative disks. Anything you do, don't order from these folks!!! They're crooks and must be prosecuted for taking.
