Twice I had a complaint about cable. They refused to resolve the problem. I asked for a supervisor please hold they said. Came on the
phone and said is your computer connected to your computer. No its
Connected to my router. After my router blew out. Then months later
On Jan 15 I called cable again. This time about a different problem. I asked for a supervisor and the same question was asked. Is your computer connected to your modem or to a different box. To another box i said and right after that my box blew out for my phone service. Has anyone else experience this problem if so give us an email at (Personal Info Removed)
