I was never told that I had a certain time frame to complete service. My family room was under construction and the weather was bad so it took about a month to replace all the windows. When I first started service the installer said to call and he would set up all HD connection when I was ready. When I called Direct tv to complete service I was told that it would cost over $300 to receive what was part of the original package. I talked to Direct tv several times, but was only told to pay up.
