Fake and false claims for packages

They do false promises and claims. I was promised to a package of 29.99 for 2 year contract after loads of credit and discounts... Fake claim... After 1 year they raised my bill to 45.93... Reasons some of the credits expired this year... How lame I was to get into their trap...
