Techs took equipment out of my house while hooking my service up, dispatcher was told to remove wireless wouter from my service and did not do it. Now I am being billed $290.00 for equiptment they have. Plus I paid upfront in @ the end of Feb on the 27th with student loan money to cover my phone bills till July, they are trying to shut me off now. Saying i owe money. Their customer service is horrible, I have had Supervisors hang up on me, I have had one Tier 3 level agent that I was working with that fixed everything and said it was fine his name is Nathan now they are calling me everyday and harassing me and just today called and said my service would be interrupted for non payment. When my account should be in the good till July and then I will only owe $20.00 and the last conversation I had with Nathan states this... Can not get anywhere with this company...
