You name it, Brighthouse has messed it up. From the technician leaving an extra box at my house when I moved in, to hooked up boxes that their technicians hooked up that they have no record of. I had payment problems with my bank, so paid online at their website only to have them send me a letter in the mail to say the online payment didn't go through (no electronic response, even though I receive my bill electronically). The number of issues would bore you, but nothing is more annoying than the dastardly slow internet speed. So we upgraded only to find IT'S NOT ANY FASTER. They responded saying they would call. They never called but replied to my email inquiries that they would set up an appointment. No appointments were made. Having been with Comcast for years with no issues, I surely wouldn't use Brighthouse given the choice. Shame on my subdivision for forcing us to use a totally inadequate cable/internet provider. Don't go brighthouse. The only constant is incompetence...
