A month ago I submitted a claim under my premier protection plan. Thy said they would send me a new TV come to find out the, "new TV" doesn't even turn on. They then sent Their people to pick it up and thy CME to my home t the time I told them I'd be t work, the guy called me once when he was at my home and I missed his call, I called him back in less than two minutes to never get an answer until two hours llater he said he was too far and that I would have to reschedule. And I only work two minutes from my home! I called to reschedule and was rudely told that now I have two wait two weeks in adittion to the month I've been waiting! Now it stands where I'm still with no TV, they dont want to refund my $50 that I paid.in the terms and condition it clearly states that if my TV isnt fixed in 3 days that they guarantee a refund! They are useless and a cheering lying company! I have emails and call logs to proove how horrible his hole situation has been! I will be filing law suit because they guaranteed something and ddnt abide by their own terms & condition!
