Directv has the worst customer service, even their automated lady is the pits. The representatives can't answer questions that aren't a part of their script. If it wasn't for the NFL package I would have left a long time ago. We pay way too much money for their services and a channel line up that is majority infomercials. If there was another option I would take it!!
