Help!!! I have been trying to get cable hooked up, I would like cable tv. The problem is a customer support rep opened a ticket for sericabilty. So they told me to call a week later to check status, I did which they then told me I was not serviceable due to the reason that my adress could not. Be verified thru usps website, now I was expecting an answer like that but I advised the rep that this is a new apt complex that's why they might have trouble finding it. I know for a fact that we are serviceable because I contacted my land lord and was told Twc installed lines in the complex. Im also able to see lines running to a neighbors home. What I don't understand is why wont you all just role a truck verify the address. I've been waiting for two weeks I've since then called and was told there was nothing they could do. Can I just add services to my home, usually abuisness try to attract customers not repel them away. I had a very bad impression wit this experience.
