Worst customer service on the planet! Every month there are additional fees! If you call for help because the movie you ordered came up wrong or is not coming up because of technical difficulties, oh they charge you $6.50 to correct their mistake. So then you call to get it reversed and they won't do it until you've asked to speak to a manager and have spent half the day on the phone. A bunch of thieves!!! This company sucks!!! How does this company not care about their customers! I hope you bankrupt! No one should run a company like this!!!
