I have been with Direct TV since 1996. I have been billed for three receivers since 4/8 but I only have two televisions for cable. I request that they reimburse me for the 26 months @ $6.00 each month. They are also billing me for a Verizon uncollectible amount of $119.35 that Verizon says I do not owe. They are also requesting monies for two movies that I viewed in 2010. Every time I called them, I either get disconnected or I cannot understand the Phillipines. I had no idea that their customer service was so terrible. I just want what is right. No games. I cannot get a decent answe
