My husband and I have been with Dish Network for a few years now. Recently my husband was injured and required to go through a series of surgeries that put him out of work for several months. When I contacted the company to see if there was any way that we could do payments on the bill to avoid a full disconnect they were very inconsiderate to the whole situation. The agent itself was very kind and friendly. She answered all of my questions and did so in a timely manner. However, my family is going through a crisis and the Dish company itself is not very understanding in that aspect.instead they informed me that if it does reach a full disconnect they add on more fee's!!! Very poorly satisfied. My grandmother has had Direct TV for 12 years and told me from the start to go with them. I do not recommend this company to anybody!!!
