Dish Network has the worst service on the market. We entered enter a "bundle" agreement with AT&T, well, our bill was never bundled resulting in occasional disconnection with fees. Also, after months of having extremely poor service with DISH, we decided to let it go and switch to another company. We were sent a collection notice for a "cancellation fee" that we were unaware of.
So what DISH network is telling my family is, "We understand that you choose to discontinue your services with us based on our poor service and inability to provide the services that were marketed to you, but now we expect you to pay us for leaving."
I will tell everyone I know to avoid entering a service of any kind with DISH network. Their channel selection is terrible. The supervisors are dissinterested in your concern.
