I had my account bundled with ATT and I recently decided to seperate them. I got billed by att for the dish Network (dish said would take couple months to process). I paid that bill, now no one can find it. I have contacted them 5 times and never able to talk to the same person and have to repeat myself, but nothing is resolved. I am tired of it. I need help with this matter.
