I just called windstream to setup arrangement to pay my pat dued on 12/23 and the due date is 12/19 she said the only way I can do that was set it up with my dc info on file. My purse was stolen I was going to open another bank acct on 12/23 when I get pd but wanted to pay my past due bill and the new bill which is about 214 and some change at the windstream store here in Texarkana and she said I couldn't do that I adv rep that dc info is not working at this point because of my purse being stolen and Im sure my bank will issue me another dc she sd I will have to prepay with the dc info on file before she set up a payment arrangement. Why is that when Im paying the past dued and new bal at the windstream store... When if I didnt have a bank info and just wanted to make pymt arrangements and have to pay at the store... You mean you cant make pymt arrangements w/o dc info... Im not understanding as long as I had this service... Im very IRATE!!!
