I have been a loyal customer for several years and I am very upset about all these fees. I just reuped our 2 year contract and had to pay verizion 30.00 per phone 150.00 for my family plan. How dare you... I was also told that if I did not use the internet to get our new phones it would be 50.00 per phone more at the store RIP OFFF We would think that you. Verizion. Would take care of an exzisting contract. We also changed our home phone to verizion and another fee of 35.00 at this point I will fufill my 2 year contract and after all these years I will change my carrier... This company obviously does not care about thier customer...
