We bought a time share on Sept 7. The time share was called "Playa Del Sol Grand" in Nuevo Vallarta, Navarit, Mexico that has now been bought out by "Belair". We sent the first broker, North Pacific Property from Seattle, Washington $60,000 US Dollars their telephones were disconnected.
On Aug. 6 we were contacted by Royal Vista Properties and said that they had our file from North Pacific Property and wondered if we are interested in getting our money from this timeshare sale. They said they would have to go through all the receipts to make sure everything was in order.
They have collected $100,000 US Dollars from us for various expenses and we have not received the money that they promised us.
We are both retired and have no other funds. We have not received the money they promised us Royal Vista Properties promised my husband today maybe we'll get the money in Jan. 2013.
