The company promised a net income of above $80,000 while in reality we collected only $200 in 4 months

I am one of the victims of Royal Gourmet Coffee distributorship offer... I bought 40 accounts in the Syracuse, NY around the holiday season in '08. The company promised a net income of oover $80,000. The company also promised I could sell 4-7 bags of coffee a day in each store.in 4 months I only collected $150. My case is similar to Pat of PA. I paid $31,500 for the coffee and Evans Consulting. I tried to get in contact with Royal Gourmet Coffee but it seems there phone lines and email are shut down. I'm interested in any effort made towards any class action lawsuit.
