I just booked a flight using hotwire. I used the best deal button. I thought it said flights between 6am to 9am.instead it said 6am to 9pm. Therefore I was wrong but called to see if I could get it changed. They said no. I even said what if I don't show up for the first flight and book someplace else but show up for the return flight, will that be ok? They said no, if I don't show up for the first flight I loose my return flight. I know I have to take some accountability for misreading the page. However, I paid for these tickets and they shouldn't be allowed to sell both of my tickets. I'm so upset right now. Therefore I'm out of the entire price of the ticket because I can't show up for the first flight. Not to mention I literally called 1 minute after the flight was made. I don't think buying a ticket with this site is worth the hassle. I would just say pay the extra money to get a more secure flight. I find it really insane that they would sell my return flight ticket that I already paid for. I know one thing I'll never use their service again. They have my money now but it's the last they'll get. Also any friend I have I'll tell them what happened. Actually to be honest if I see any product associated with hotwire I wont buy it.
