I was scamed by Hotwire i was booking a flight on the internet and the page stated that i ran out of time and to start over again so i start a new form and again after i was done it said that i already have a ticket using the same email address but i wouldn't be charged. Next day i see that i have two ticket same day flight and name. I was also being charged for two tickets. I called and couldn't get a response on the phone i was put on hold for over an hour. So i emailed them twice no response for two days. Finally when i got through they said that they can't refund my money. I felt sick and could not believe how cs delt with this problem. Please help me with this company so it wont happen to anyone else. Thank you
