Took My Ticket Away

Awful service. We were able the tickets we needed (3 with the same dates and 1 with a different return date). A couple nights later we are given an ultimatum, pay $200 more per ticket (the 3) by midnight or lose the tickets. Apparently one of the flights going there was not operated by United (even though it said it was) and United was rejecting the flight. Kicker - the 1 ticket was booked with the exact same flight information going to our destination and it was accepted. WHAT?!?! So we were refunded 3 tickets that we paid for and the other 1 ticket is nonrefundable. My advice, care about your customers. If I'm able to book a flight through your website and by your fault have no flight, do something about it! At the very least, our 1 ticket should be refunded without a change fee. Awful service.
