We booked a room at the Delta King in Sacramento, Ca.
When we arrived we were told the property was overbooked and no rooms were available.
The hotel was WONDERFUL about it and COMPED us at the Holiday Inn, bought us drinks and gave us vouchers for breakfast in their restaurant.
Expedia on the other hand is playing games with us, dragging their feet refunding our $180 charge saying we did NOT SHOW UP.
Such BS. We called Delta King and were told that expedia said they did refund the money and were sending us an email to confirm.
Check the account, NOPE.
