Contacted by Chris Patton 2 1/2 years ago by phone to see if we would be interested to rent or sell our time share. We agreed to rent our 8,000 points. Told this would be a for sure thing and that many people rented all of their points out to help pay for the time share yearly fee or cost. Told we would receive anywhere from $1500. - $1800.US per week for a 1BRental and $2500. - $2800.US for a 2 BR rental for a week. Told that if it was in Hawaii, we would receive $500. More per week. If we rented out property for 2 weeks, we would receive $4000. - $8000.
Since that time, we sent them a credit card amt. For $1870.US Every few months, we contact Nicole Downing (manager) and are consistently told that she has just sent out some information to prospective companies and that 99% of people receive an offer. Have never received 1 offer! We keep being told that something should be happening soon and that we should expect an offer.
Larry Daley's name was provided to us when we first contacted this company as part of the authorization dept. Feeling more and more like a scam!
