I booked a stay at the Laguardia Airport Hotel and they did not show my reservation. I called later and it was found, but it was too late. I did not stay there and had to use another hotel. The front desk said that they would not charge for my stay, and so I would like a refund for the purchase. I tried calling the contact number for a resolution, but it is apparently disconnected.
Hotelopia did contact me by email after I emailed them, but the representative told me that the hotel charged us for the nights stay. This is false, and it was verified with the hotel manager. I asked for a refund, but refused. I told them that I tried to resolve the issue with the phone number that they provided, but it is apparently fake. After an online search, I found out that many others have had the same issue.
